Fadjanie Cadet is an organizational development certified professional and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader with an empathetic and enigmatic style that she uses to connect and inspire. Over her professional career, she's worked across the technology and professional services industries, helping to build high-performing teams and create systems to promote inclusive experiences and equitable outcomes for all employees while amplifying the experiences of the historically underrepresented. Fadjanie’s approach to this work is intentional and bold, taking creative approaches to inclusion, like the first of its kind Culture Ambassador program at Wayfair. She prides herself in helping organizations shift their inclusion efforts from a place of passion to influence, leveraging a systems approach to change management to influence meaningful and sustainable change.

She is particularly passionate about amplifying the experiences of first-gen professionals and catalyzing more conversations about the intersectionality of their experiences in mainstream conversations about DEI. Her eBook "In First Place: How to Win Over First-Generation Professionals with Your Inclusion Strategy" encapsulates methods to effectively engage and retain valuable first-gen talent by uncovering meaningful ways to scale an organization's DEI efforts.

Fadjanie aspires not only to be an ally to those who struggle to feel seen but a sponsor, advocating for them and creating opportunities. She currently serves as the first Global Diversity and Inclusion Director at Forrester, where she owns the D&I vision and roadmap, partnering with executive leadership and functional leaders to align, execute, and embed D&I priorities.
