I started my professional journey in retail where I helped a college classmate set-up and scale his retail venture. Over the span of 1 year, we grew the retail business to multiple supermarkets across Bangalore, implementing a process leading to a revenue increase of 40% across stores.
I was always drawn to the world of brand building, brand identities and consumer psychology and this got me to join Onspon.com - where we helped 350+ brands solve brand challenges through event and content partnerships, digital + on-ground campaigns and influencer campaigns.
Within a year at Onspon and at the age of 24, I was promoted to lead the Brand Solutions at Onspon where I managed a team of 8 members across 3 cities, helping grow the business from 150 clients to 350 clients and scaling the events registered on the platform from 8,000 to 40,000+ and increasing revenues by 25% Year on Year.
After 6 years at Onspon I decided to move onto my next challenge at Mihuru. Mihuru is a fintech startup with a focus on lay-by products to promote responsible financial decisions
I also spend some of my free time on freelance projects helping brands with growth and brand strategy, lead generation and content.
Being an avid footballer I also volunteer as a football coach with an NGO - Enabling Leadership
