As an HR Advisor at dentsu, I support the HR Business Partners in delivering strategic and operational HR services to business units. I handle employee relations, employee engagement, internal communications and HR improvement projects.
I have a strong background in HR events management and coordination, having worked as a Project Coordinator and an HR Executive at Unilever, where I organized and executed various internal employee engagement events and L&D workshops. I used various tools, such as Canva and Powtoon, to create communication materials for events. I also assisted in budgeting, managed scheduling and logistics management, to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of events and workshops. I have also gained experience in campus recruitment, management of employee headcount reports and HR improvements.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo in 2021, where I learned about human behavior, motivation, cognition, and emotion. I applied my psychological knowledge and skills to HR-related domains, enhancing my ability to communicate, collaborate, and empathize with diverse stakeholders. I also obtained a certification in Introduction to Blockchain from SIM Global Education, demonstrating my interest and curiosity in emerging technologies and trends.
