Frank Milone

FML Founding Partner Frank Milone has over a 30 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to a broad range of clients within the Northeast marketplace.

Frank leads FML’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital audit practice and has significant experience working in a variety of industries, including technology, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, and consumer products. His specialty is advising emerging and growth company clients in all areas, with a strong focus on debt and equity financings, revenue recognition, and equity compensation.

Frank also heads the Firm’s Internal Control practice, which includes Sarbanes-Oxley services, SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, cybersecurity audits, and internal audit support services. In the course of leading internal controls projects, Frank works with numerous companies in the medical device, software, financial services, and logistics management sectors.

Frank earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served on several Boards of Directors, including serving as Past President of the Board of Directors of the UConn Alumni Association and Crossroads Venture Group.
