SEs act as the sales team's technical encyclopedia during the sale, representing the technical aspects of how the product solves specific customer problems. They perform technical presentations for the product and help customers feel comfortable about their purchase.
Seasoned technology professional and customer service leader starting with Apple in 2007 and accumulating almost 8 years of employment total at Apple Inc. driving high-end customer and employee experiences.
Through this experience I've gained a very unique skill set of customer service, communication, sales, marketing, training, empathy, mentoring, leadership, presentation, social media and much more.
