With over eight years of experience in data science and analytics, I lead the digital marketing and analytics team at Green Bay Packers, where I manage projects that enhance the customer and fan experience and drive business outcomes. I have a strong background in database marketing, digital marketing, media and content analytics, advertising, customer research, and data science, and I use tools such as R, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to perform data analysis, data visualization, testing, and segmentation.
My focus as of late has been identifying the attributes that predict customer satisfaction and loyalty, and applying them to our database for segmentation and targeting for our digital marketing programs. I also perform statistical analysis to forecast revenue and ad impressions, and build classification models for ticket sales. I enjoy working on projects that challenge me to become a better data practitioner, and that make an impact on the business and the fans. I am passionate about using data to drive decision making and create value for the organization and the stakeholders.
