I’ve been leading the innovation of dynamic, customer-facing digital applications for global and national industry leaders for more than a decade. I’m a Senior Product Management Advisor and Agile Coach, at Magenic, at Amazon Web Services. Previously I was a Principle Product Manager at Cognizant and I also spent eight years at Avanade, rising through the ranks to ultimately become a Product Owner Lead, Lead Business Analyst, and Northeast Lead of Business & Technology Integration.
My passion is translating ambitious requirements into cutting-edge web-based solutions that deliver seamless user experiences for companies’ customers, vendors, providers, and internal teams. With a portfolio of success stories across diverse industries, I enjoy adapting my talents to the needs of specific projects while simultaneously advancing the product management function through agile (SAFe) practices.
► HOW I DRIVE PRODUCT SUCCESS
At the foundation of product development lies the ability to forge strong cross-functional relationships with global stakeholders and teams, communicate ideas and concepts clearly, and influence consensus on product directions. Developing this understanding of product goals and expected outcomes aligns the people involved for synergistic cross-team activities. After building this basis for clear product roadmaps, I run with the project, driving end-to-end development and enhancements. A few highlights:
• Heading the development and launch of 2 websites for a pharma company, coordinating with 2 offshore teams and 5+ vendor teams.
• Empowering a national insurance company to pioneer a new provider experience. I created a companywide requirements template and standardized the requirements elaboration process.

Known as an engaging leader, I place a heavy emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and a culture of collaboration to maximize team results. A few wins:
