I am an experienced Customer Success leader, and have been responsible for building and scaling world-class Customer Success Teams. I empower my teams to guide customers to value quickly, and create amazing experiences throughout the customer journey by helping them achieve their business outcomes.

I have over 13 years of experience in the technology space, with 11 of those years being with hypergrowth companies that are looking to reach or surpass the 200M ARR milestone I have built and led teams that provide customer support, produce customer education content and certifications, drive adoption and trial conversion through 1-to-many initiatives, and scaled Customer Success Teams around the Globe in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Mexico City, Europe, and Vietnam.

Before my career in technology, I was a strength and conditioning coach to professional athletes and fitness presenter for 10 years. I have bridged my professional coaching experience with my technology career to provide a leadership experience that fosters an amazing culture of collaboration and employee success. I thrive on teamwork and have a passion for leading and elevating teams to new levels. I have achieved quarter-over-quarter-predictable results, and have the curiosity and coachability that allows me and my teams to evolve and keep pace with new challenges and growth.
