I was born and grew in Rome (Italy), where creativity and people skills became part of my DNA. My business skills, KPI acumen, research ability, knowledge and experience in the fields were enriched by living and working 15 years in London (UK), while travelling the world connecting cultures and businesses.

Prior to moving into the HE sector in May 2019, I held several professional roles in Business Management. Working for global companies like Accenture, J.W. Thompson, MANGO, Pinko and Ralph & Russo, I have more than 25 years of professional experience. In particular since 2011, from my experience in GEOX SpA, my focus moved towards HR, change management, learning & development driving growth (business KPIs) and maximising talent through an ethical leadership approach. Combining admin skills, commercialism, re-building or establishing brand perception versus employees and clients with an effective communication approach and training plans that create loyalty and increase performance. In my most recent roles, I was Area Manager UK and Ireland for PINKO and Global Operation Manager for Ralph & Russo.

By constantly increasing company KPI, therefore redefining the perception of the brand in the local market, I always proved my leadership competencies and ability to adapt and develop each company strategies.
