NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner, pursuer of excellence, life lover, unrelenting smile-maker and immovable optimist, driving change through the Channel and side-hustling my way through the global football market, I invented the RESPONSEBALL - a football that provides unpredictable and irregular movement in flight and on the ground, so it's great for goalkeeper training, co-ordination, reactions, motor-skill development and also just for a bit of good old fashioned fun in the garden or as part of a training session.

I am also Honorary President of the 'Glenn Robertson Academy Gambia' which provides opportunity, hope and inclusion through football, keeping children off the streets and offering them an alternative to drugs and crime in Gambia.

Marketer, creator, inventor, brainworker, talker, presenter, networker, and innovator, I am encouraged, motivated and inspired everyday by my two little girls and what lies ahead for them.

I like to be nice. And despite what some teachers might say, I am also perfectly comfortable using the word nice.

I own more pairs of shoes than my wife because I believe that shoes are important. They help people and people are really important!

I start the day with a cup of tea and then move onto coffee.
