I am a creative team player with a passion for learning new technology and creating products. I learn applications at a rapid rate and can take complex technical subject matter and translate it into engaging user-friendly content that's exciting and easy to consume. This highlights my deep understanding of the customer user base. In my most recent position I worked alongside product management to align the goals of the product teams whilst also being the cohesive link between development, marketing, social media and the learning content team. I work fast and have created content in very short timescales to coincide with product releases.
I am engaging, approachable and confident speaking in public. My experience in sales and training means that I am confident speaking to 1 or 3000 at a time. My empathetic view towards customers, utilising social media or in person creates an understanding of the way they work. I interpret this information and report to the relevant teams to identify the customers’ needs and wants.
