Data and analytics have been the common thread throughout my career. Whether it is utilizing new data sources to enable marketers to be able to directly measure their program performance, allowing sellers to concretely show their value propositions, or providing 3rd party credibility to metrics. I like the challenge of making complex data simple, so it can be used to solve real-world problems.
I’ve been the first employee and executive at a company to grow to 1,000+ employees and go public as well as other A & B/C round companies in various stages of growth. I love working with growth companies due to the challenges and opportunities they inherently bring.
These growing companies have given me the range of opportunities from Sales & Client Leadership to Product and Technology, domestically and internationally. That breadth of functional expertise gives me a unique perspective in tackling challenges that many times are cross functional.
