So how the Hal are you? I am Hal Hanstein. I have been actively Leasing Retail, Office and Industrial Space since 1982 as Vice President of Yorkshire Village, Inc. In 2004 I went in business for myself starting Cardinal Realty Group as a full-service Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. I now have 36 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience.
I contribute my success in Retail Leasing and Sales to my understanding of a Retailer’s needs by using the finest Demographic/Mapping Software to determine the best areas where a Retailer should locate their business to achieve maximum success. For my investment clients purchasing Retail, Office or Industrial Properties my ability to analyze a Property’s True Value using Proprietary Software-PlanEase creating Proformas and performing “what if” and “sensitivity” analysis helps my clients make a better financial decision.
My first international deal was leasing office space in downtown St. Louis to Itivity Ltd a London Based CRM software developer. I have sold and leased numerous office buildings, providing superior customer service to my clients. My 36 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience has given me the experience necessary to negotiate the best deal for my client.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors and as a Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM has provided me with educational, professional and networking support continuously developing me into a better Commercial Real Estate Broker to represent my clients. Approximately 350,000 Commercial Real Estate Professionals are members of National Association of Realtor, making it the largest commercial organization in the industry.
My undergraduate degree is from Drury University, graduating in 1978 with a BA in Business Administration and Economics. In 1997 I graduated from Webster University with MA in Real Estate Management.
