I am currently CEO and Co-founder of HelloBetter, a pioneer in the digital mental health care space that builds innovative solutions for the prevention and treatment of a broad range of mental health conditions. Over the years I have been invited as a presenter or speaker to variety of international (healthcare) conferences such as TechTour Health, Frontiers of Health, HLTH, DTxWest, DTxEurope and OMR.
HelloBetter is transforming mental health care, by establishing a new treatment modality in the form of digital therapeutics (DTx) for a broad range of mental health conditions. 30 RCTs published in peer-reviewed journals and six prescription DTx with regulatory approval make HelloBetter a global category leader in the space. By now I have more than a decade of experience as a VC-backed entrepreneur in the fields of online learning and digital health.
Prior to building HelloBetter, I co-founded and led iversity, a startup in the online education space, after co-authoring a book together with Professor Yehuda Elkana on the future of higher education entitled “The University of the 21st Century”.
I hold a Dual-Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University and the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and a B.A. in International Relations from Technische Universität Dresden. Additionally, I have spent a semester at Sciences Po Strasbourg and completed the Academy Year programme at the European College of Liberal Arts in Berlin.
