Hayley has worked in various roles in the event industry for 17 years. Originally starting her career in Australia as an event planner, managing some of the largest conferences, meetings, and incentives both domestically and globally. With a solid foundation of event planning, Hayley moved to the USA in 2014 to deepen her career in the events industry and quickly moved into an event technologist role.
Working along side the global team with a focus on the Americas, Hayley’s deep understanding of the technology ecosystem helped her digitally transform the planning process for offices in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Through her ability to automate and streamline monotonous tasks, both for internal planners, management, and clients, she provided more bandwidth for increased productivity while resolving unintentional actions that arise from laborious processes.
She has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients during implementation to revolutionizes the way they plan, execute, and evaluate events. Leading to numerous awards for excellence in the use of event technology and design.
Hayley has now joined Huddle Agency, an agency that focuses on the importance of event technology, as the Chief Technology Officer. She is excited to continue with her innovative approach to event management that drives adoption and helps make the lives of event planners easier.
