My research focus encompasses core processing and engagement banking platforms, systems architecture, digital delivery models, and emerging technologies including AI/ML, generative AI, and explainable AI (XAI), blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi, and emerging web3 solutions.
Prior focus areas included digital and CX transformation, disruption driven by fintechs, insurtechs, and the like, and the tectonic shifts in possible business models and operations from open and embedded finance.
Worked in diverse verticals including banking and financial services, media, travel and hospitality, retail, healthcare, sports marketing, food and beverage, and non-profits and bring a broad set of experiences and insights to digital and CX transformations.
Led teams in business strategy, integrated marketing and communications activities, brand strategies, content marketing, online advertising, digital experience development, social media, mobile, search, email and direct mail, sales forces and call center CRM, and data/measurement/analytics, operations, and the strategic role emerging business technologies play in transforming businesses.
