I am a Multi-hyphenated Person with the love and NEED to wear multiple hats 👒 because each of them brings out the best in me. What connects all my experiences and interests is that I am deeply passionate about People. That passion 🔥 has driven my career from Diversity Recruitment to Career Coaching, Business Development/Sales, and now leadership in post-secondary.
Relationship and Relationship building is at the CORE of who I am, and it rings true is ALL my endeavors.
By day ☀️ - I am a Manager of Graduate Careers & Student Engagement at Toronto Metropolitan University. In that role, I am a people manager, spearheading strategy for 3 portfolios including career development, student engagement, and alumni engagement over 4 programs including our MBA, MScM, MHA, and PhD in Management. I also lead the strategy to engage employer & corporate partnerships in Technology, Financial Services, Consulting, Retail, CPG industries, and more. I come alongside corporations' recruitment & TA teams to engage on student internships, and experienced hire roles. Lastly, I provide resources to my team by introducing new technology to optimize career and engagement programming.

On evenings & weekends 🗓️ - I am a Career Coach and the Founder of Foot In the Door Consulting! I work with business and technology professionals and entrepreneurs who feel stuck or want to pivot their careers. My approach is holistic and I look at not just getting a job but sustaining a meaningful career.
