With over 15 years of technical and leadership experience Jack Nichols serves as the Director of PureCloud Product Management leading the organizations strategy on developing our platform partner ecosystem. Prior to joining the PureCloud organization Jack was a member of the leadership team that grew the PureConnect Cloud business from $10 million USD ARR to $100 million USD ARR, during which time he lead the creation of the global technical operations and carrier management teams. Before Genesys, Jack lead the global network and security infrastructure function at BrightPoint (now Ingram Micro), a fortune 500 global logistics company, where he ran a $20 million global infrastructure consolidation project covering 40+ offices/warehouses around the world. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology/computer science from Purdue University and joined E*TRADE Financial upon graduating where he architected and ran multiple global trading data network infrastructures.
