As the CEO of Fyli Tribe, she grew a private membership community for early stage female founders organically over the past three years to a collective network of over 10k founders while increasing revenue by 30% in a cohort model. She has developed brand partnerships with Soho House, Bumble, and UBS to advance initiatives and community facing events. Jaclynn developed and executed a national four market tour in partnership with UBS, ”Own Your Worth”, teaching women how to be unapologetic about creating wealth, legacy, and impact.
In previous roles, Jaclynn demonstrated her skills in creative direction, brand development, and global production management. As Chief Commercial Officer at eStylar, she developed the overall brand and aesthetic and designed innovative ideas for technical product evolution with a fashion lens. At Unleashed by Kara Ross, Jaclynn negotiated and secured a $1M partnership deal, managed global fashion production and logistics, and helped launched a 501c3 foundation that supported and employed global artisans for ready-to-wear collections. As Creative Director & Director of Brand at Freida Rothman, she increased ARR by 20% in 2014 and 45% by 2015, opened the first brick and mortar location, expanded product categories, and developed multi-channel advertising campaigns.
