Leading a diverse and talented team across seven markets, all regions. Our Client Development practise provides a number of key operational support capabilities to our frontline teams.
1. Complex client engagements - either bringing the whole of HSBC, across geographies and divisions; or supporting new product innovation - in particular, embedded finance, ESG-linked, originate-to-distribute, API-led and smart contract (DLT) enabled solutions.
2. Client Strategy & Planning - supporting ExCo members in driving client intensity, correlating client plans to corporate strategy and leveraging detailed data to identify market/sector trends. In tandem, tying into the division's profitability and capital plans to ensure budgetary targets are met.
3. Frontline enablement. Leading a $75m investment in frontline transformation; content, technology, AI & data and policy/process uplift.
