I am passionate about leading projects from ideation through to implementation and ensuring their integration into BAU operations. My focus is on empowering my team to drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. My management style emphasises governance, accountability, and driving positive change, all while building a supportive and high-performing culture.
One of my proudest achievements in leadership has been increasing our team engagement score from 56% to 92%. I currently manage the end-to-end Micro Space functions across multiple categories, overseeing over 3,500 planograms, 30 annual Range Reviews, and introducing ~4,500 new products in FY24. I provide hands-on coaching and support to ensure operational excellence and high-quality outcomes. Notable accomplishments include leading the successful launch of a new workflow management tool, integrating Post-Implementation Reviews into the Range Review process allowing commercial validation, and revamping the promotional planning process for agile speed-to-market launches. I’ve implemented standardised processes to improve in-store displays, resulting in an increase in average selling prices whilst also modernising the Store Presentation Standards.
I have established my skills in delivering successful changes through both large projects and day-to-day tasking and team culture. I have led my teams to improve compliance, drive operational efficiencies, and foster the team’s personal and professional growth. My ability to utilise analytical insights to inform decision-making has consistently resulted in improved financial outcomes, increased transaction value, and enhanced internal and external customer experiences. My experience managing the Micro Space functions, launching tools, and refining processes demonstrates my aptitude for balancing both the art and science of space planning.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my pet dogs and reptiles, weekend hikes, indoor gardening, and am an unashamed book geek.
