Jamie Collier

I work as a Principal Threat Intelligence Advisor at Mandiant, Google Cloud where I help security leaders to better understand their threat landscape and utilise threat intelligence in their decision-making. I am passionate about building a dialogue between technical and non-technical communities, as well as improving career pathways into cyber security.

I am an active spokesperson for the company through frequent conference and webinar talks. I regularly conduct media interviews with my comments appearing in various outlets (including The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, and Sky News).

I keep a foot in academia as an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). I also lead on Mandiant's academic engagement within EMEA where I am involved in various research collaboration and outreach initiatives. I hold a DPhil (PhD) in Cyber Security from the University of Oxford and was also previously a Cyber Security Fulbright Scholar at MIT.

Before joining Google I was the Threat Intelligence Team Lead at Digital Shadows. I also have previous work experience with PwC India, the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, and Oxford Analytica.
