If you had asked me in my younger years, I'd have said something like "I'm good at A, B, and C, but not exceptional at any of them." ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Here's a few examples..
๐Ÿ‘‰ I played football up to a very good semi-professional youth level, but never any further.
๐Ÿ‘‰ I drew well, but I didn't become artist
๐Ÿ‘‰ I was one of the fastest 100m and 200m sprinters in the county, but I didn't compete at a higher level

Today, I realise that this has made me a 'T-Shaped Marketer'. But, what is a T-Shaped Marketer I hear you ask?

I'm a generalist with a broad marketing knowledge (the top of the T), combined with a deep understanding in one or two areas (the bottom of the T).

What this means?

โœ… I can work on strategy
โœ… I can work on paid ads
โœ… I can work on copy
โœ… I can work on content
โœ… I can work on design
โœ… I can work on operations

Etc. Etc.

I always focus on execution rather than procrastination, and if I don't know how to do something, I'll learn and take that skill forward.
