Jason Bingham is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Springs Window Fashions. In this role, Jason has responsibility for all aspects of the company – a leading global supplier of blinds, shades, specialty treatments and window hardware. Based in Middleton, WI, Springs has facilities worldwide and employs more than 9,000 associates.

Prior to joining Springs, Jason was with Trane Technologies for more than 30 years and held progressively larger leadership roles within the company. Most recently at Trane, he was President of the Residential HVAC & Supply business at Trane Technologies. In this role, Jason had full responsibility for the management, manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales and financial performance of this multi-billion dollar strategic business. The residential business includes HVAC strategic brands, Trane and American Standard,

Throughout his career, Jason has proven his ability to quickly deliver business results through developing differentiated strategies, building high performance teams and then transforming cultures for long term success. Under Jason’s leadership, Trane consistently exceeded business expectations while creating a winning culture regionally, nationally and globally.

Jason paid forward these lessons through his book, “Cultureship: The ACBs of Business Leadership,” which has far-reaching implications in shaping the way businesses perceive and strategically develop their cultures to deliver bottom line results.

Jason is also passionate about community involvement, having served on the boards of Roanoke City Schools (Vice Chairman), Children’s Hospital (Chairman), Carlion Clinic, Mill Mountain Theater, Session of Second Presbyterian Church, and chairing the Multiple Sclerosis Dinner of Champions.

As a Virginia Western Foundation Board member, Jason helped establish Roanoke City’s Community College Access Program (CCAP), which enables all high school seniors who meet academic and financial criteria to attend Virginia Western tuition-free.
