My years of experience span the bio-tech, healthcare, retail and legal and regulatory sectors. I believe achieving operational excellence starts with doing the right projects. Successful projects happen because of successful teams, so I spend a lot of time creating a culture of success by promoting open communication with stakeholders and team members, building trust at all levels, and developing processes that make sense.
