Jay currently serves as the Senior Director of New Business Development for Strategic Accounts and is the former Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Johnson Controls. Jay’s expertise is in leading and cultivating inclusive team development, coaching, and strategic planning. He has in depth experience in developing and implementing creative strategies for leadership accountability and employee engagement.
