As Marketing Operations Manager at Storyblok, my goal is to standardise and optimise marketing processes to enable efficient scaling of marketing operations with quality and consistency. I achieve this by leveraging and reporting on data-driven insights, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies, and aligning those with the existing martech stack and data flows.
Our Marketing Ops team drives marketing automation efforts through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement to improve efficiency and increase funnel conversion, while providing a personalised journey for our users. We apply attribution reporting to provide deep insights into the performance of our campaigns and engage in account-based marketing to create highly targeted campaigns that speak directly to the needs of our target accounts. In collaborating with cross-functional teams, we identify pain points and streamline processes, resulting in increased productivity.
Prior to my role at Storyblok, I built and led a globally dispersed Marketing Ops team at Black Box. Together, we managed two Pardot instances and one Salesforce Sales Cloud instance for the two main business units. I worked with internal stakeholders to create, deploy and optimise global and localised lead generation programs/campaigns; monitored and streamlined the Pardot-to-Salesforce data flow to ensure proper lead distribution; built and improved the email marketing strategy and led the marketing analytics effort in coordination with the VP of Marketing to ensure the integrity and timeliness of marketing metrics, including marketing influenced pipeline, marketing ROI, asset performance, social media metrics, and website performance; improved the integrity of marketing data and drove data management initiatives.
Since joining Black Box in 2011, I contributed to the setup of a global marketing organisation with content creation and localisation, database consolidation, and management of the Eloqua platform for the Black Box TPS teams in EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
