With over 16 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Park Avenue Partners, a real estate investment partnership that invests in and operates mobile home parks nationwide. I also co-founded and manage Park Street Partners and Lilly & Company, two other successful firms that focus on the same niche market.
My mission is to expand the supply of affordable housing and home ownership for low-income Americans, while generating superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors. I value alignment and transparency with our investors, and charge no fees of any kind. I also share my expertise and insights through our podcast series and LinkedIn group, which help existing and aspiring mobile home park operators improve their operations and cash flow. I am passionate about creating win-win investments for all parties involved with our properties, including the residents, the neighbors, and our partners.
