I'm a student of leadership development with a growth plan I execute through effective leadership coaching that delivers results across sales, marketing, operations, technology and transformational strategies.
I'm the author of the Inspired Career book which is focused on providing leadership coaching in book form. The objective of the book is to inspire the reader to understand their potential, leverage their experiences and maximize their current situation for future opportunities.
As a result of my book, I get requests from global corporations, start-ups and non-profits to conduct key-notes and leadership workshops. My mission is to transform followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change.
I'm honored to be the recipient of American Express' President's Club for Leadership. I engage as a member and speaker of the National Black MBA Association, member of the International Coaching Federation and I co-created and co-lead a virtual chapter of the Black Engagement Network at American Express.
