I feel lucky to work on B2B products that ultimately make a tangible difference in everyday life. Having built growth engines in various categories has shown me the power of empathy. Empathy for customers, end users, and, most of all, my team. My job is to understand people and help them connect the dots between our products on the one hand and their pains, priorities, and workflows on the other.
