As Senior Vice President of People at 15Five, I lead the organization’s People/HR function — ensuring 15Five is an exceptional workplace in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, people operations, and employee experience. My role brings together two of my biggest passions: building high performing teams with inclusive cultures and helping people maximize their potential through coaching and development.

As a certified Master Practitioner in Transformational Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I am also a leadership coach and facilitator who helps unlock the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations.
