Jen Ashraf is a travel industry veteran, with over a decade of experience in various roles in the Flight Centre Travel Group family. After graduating from Brooklyn College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Jen realized her true passion came from her extensive travel experience.
She started as a travel consultant for Liberty Travel and was immediately successful, achieving a Global Achiever award in her first year for being one of the top 10 novice consultants globally. She went on to work as an Assistant Team Leader and then Team Leader, bringing her to the flagship NYC office on Madison Avenue in 2015.
When FCM Meetings & Events created their Event Travel team in 2017, Jen was brought on for her ticketing expertise. She was a Senior Event Travel Manager for 3 years managing travel for over 20 clients, from small white glove events to conferences with thousands of attendees. Her proudest accomplishment from this time was managing a travel program for a 3,000 person event through multiple snowstorms, major airport closures, and flight cancellations affecting hundreds of attendees.
After 2020 caused major disruptions to the event travel industry, Jen took the opportunity to work on a larger scale as an Event Implementation Specialist. She is truly thriving in this role, ensuring that new and returning clients have the seamless booking experience their attendees need. Her background allows her to really put herself in the attendees shoes, making sure that every detail is perfect.
