Data dictates your digital journey. And how you navigate that experience, along with identifying traits that curate your persona, depicts which targeting stream you fall into for e-nurture, in-app onboarding, a/b tests, UX experiments, ads, and countless other customer journey plays. The intent of leveraging your data for a more personalized experience is to both a) support, anticipate and cater to your needs as a digital product consumer, and b) lure you in to increase your active and intentional engagement with the product, gain your trust in the product, build your expertise in the product community as a power user, and mold you into a product advocate. Your data fascinates me in any given product, across any given device, no matter how impulsive or thoughtful your actions taken represent. Despite your anonymity, your actions can often speak louder than your reviews. I am invested in continuing to drive product and account-level decisions with the underlying data that we collect on our customers, and this begins with normalizing data education.
