Having spent 30 years in the education sector, decided to make a complete turn and go into Accounts and HR.
Have run a department, set up a new department and set up new systems controlling quality in a school environment.
My teaching experience ranges from PE to Business Studies at all levels.
Having achieved my degree in FE, wanted to move into Careers education and gained a Diploma in Careers Education and Guidance.
Currently I aim to take the business to 5 million in 5 years. Ambitious but certainly achievable.
Being responsible for the Production process has been a challenge but one I am relishing with a fantastic team of staff assisting me.
