But in late 2020, amidst all this thinking, everything changed.
My wife and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Amelia, at the height of the Covid pandemic. At 8 days old, she was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, a rare genetic disease that affects only 40k people in the United States.
Overnight, "Time" became that much more valuable to our family.
