Hello! I'm Jess 👋

After a number of years writing all kinds of content for tech startups, I've since found my place in this digital world as a Content Designer.

That means I spend my work week collaborating with a whole range of people (but mainly product designers, researchers, and product managers) to design content that effortlessly guides users into completing the very actions they came to our platform to do. I'm a big advocate for using plain language, building inclusive experiences, and keeping things simple.
