In August 2007, I began my teaching career with Manchester Public Schools, serving as a middle school Language Arts teacher. After six years, I transitioned to Technology Integration Specialist, implementing our district's 1:1 Chromebook program and pioneering our first Makerspaces. I earned multiple certifications, including Google Educator, Innovator, Coach, and #SpheroHero.
By 2015, I expanded my impact by training educators globally. I facilitated over 1,000 professional learning sessions, specializing in technology adoption, STEAM implementation, design thinking, and creating engaging learning experiences. My expertise was recognized when I was named District Teacher of the Year for 2020-2021, leading our district's successful navigation through pandemic-era distance learning.
Seeking new challenges, I joined mmhmm in 2021 as Community Lead. Here, I've developed learning content, organized virtual and in-person events, and connected videomakers, presenters, and creatives through leading the mmhmm Community. By pioneering our Ambassador program and spearheading conference strategies at ISTE and SaaStr, I showcased my ability to create scalable, high-engagement marketing initiatives. My passion for innovative communication and high-trust work environments continues to drive my professional journey.
With 2025 on the horizon, I am actively exploring roles that will enable me to apply my distinctive professional background to create meaningful, strategic impact!
