I grow businesses and lead teams that deliver performance above market and beyond competitors. I have done so across multiple sectors of healthcare and in both Fortune 500 companies and early stage companies alike. Most recently, at Avail, as the Vice President of Corporate & Enterprise Sales, my team and I created a market for surgical telepresence, disrupting the way the medical device industry has operated since its inception.

I launched my career at GE Healthcare, where I was consistently recognized with national awards, including Rookie of the Year, and as one of the Top 50 high potential employees through the Talent Ignite program. My time at GEHC taught me commercial intensity and operational rigor, enabling me to drive more than $500M in career sales and exceed operating plan 14 of 14 years, a very rare achievement. I have an extensive and long-established network of healthcare contacts and am known for being a tireless client and employee advocate who establishes authentic relationships while balancing the short-term business needs with the long-term strategy. I have developed transformational initiatives and led tactical execution through deal structures that have included multimillion-dollar capital equipment, SaaS, and service deals including risk sharing and non-traditional financing structures.

As a cultural leader for past companies, I have been consistently selected as an advisor to senior leadership, including by two consecutive GE HealthCare CEO’s to serve as a reflector both during their ramp up and throughout their tenure as well as by the CEO of Avail. In addition, I have been a featured speaker at Device Talks, MedTech Women Annual Vision Conference and National Sales Meetings.
