Over twenty years SaaS web-based software experience including B2B and B2C eCommerce, Shipping, UX design and more. Servant Leadership is my leadership style. I love leading teams of Product Management professionals and I have much to share in terms of experience, defined processes, and customer service.

I have a track record of increasing revenue year over year, as you can see with my experience at Solera where eBay revenue grew over 30% year over year while I lead that program and the listing product.
Similarly, at Marathon Multimedia, as the COO, I grew revenue 14% by improving customer service for our customers in the Health and Medical industry through more effective processes.

In my eighteen years at Pitney Bowes I managed over forty people, including on and offshore. Many of those people were promoted within the company due to the opportunities they had under my leadership. I always looked at that as a compliment because I was helping grow their career and I was helping the company at the same time. Servant Leadership is the key to success in my leadership.
