Joe Kepley

I'm a web developer and a principal partner in Blend Interactive, a web development firm based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

I've been programming professionally for 20+ years, with a background mostly in web development for the financial industry.

I'm fluent in a number of programming languages, but I particularly enjoy working in PHP, Rails, and Flash. I approach sites from a user-first perspective, and try to create sites that are both beautiful and usable.

I also work with clients to analyze their needs and help them create sites that are built from the ground up to support their business goals.
