As a senior business executive with over 25 years of experience in health care, including global contract research organizations (CROs) and health services and innovation companies, I thrive in demanding/fast-paced/energetic team environments. During my 16+ years at Optum, I've held a variety of leadership roles. My most recent one has focused on driving the innovation strategy (including AI) for Optum's proposal organizations and diverse stakeholder communities. This includes identifying, designing, and implementing the strategic response management system, Responsive (formerly RFPIO). From proof of value (PoV) to operationalization, this multi-year engagement is transforming the way our proposal teams manage knowledge and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve winning results and deliver impressive return on investment (ROI).
