► MOTIVATION & LEADERSHIP APPROACH

I have been driven to be a leader for as long as I can remember, and becoming a people manager at Google in 2007 was a dream come true. What motivates me is building and leading high-performance teams that delight our customers and partners. What drives me is helping those I lead achieve their amazing potential.

As an empathetic and caring leader, one of the most important things I do is to sit down with each of my team members every 6 weeks individually -- on top of regular weekly 1:1s -- to have two-way feedback and assess how things are going. This approach has been paramount in setting a bedrock of transparency and trust.

For over 20 years, I have been actively investing in the real estate industry across the U.S, and Australia. I love how this field provides the opportunity for renters and owners alike to find their “castle”, for agents to create impactful businesses, and for families to build generational wealth.
