As the Founder and CEO of COOPER COLEMAN LLC, I lead a boutique firm that specializes in nonprofit retained executive search and talent management. With over 18 years of experience in the social sector, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing nonprofit organizations and their leaders.
My mission is to help social impact organizations find and retain the best talent for their missions and visions. I leverage my expertise in strategic planning, partnership development, revenue growth, organizational development and management, grant-making, marketing, and operations to support my clients and candidates throughout the search process. I am also passionate about social justice, global health, education, youth, and poverty alleviation, and have worked with diverse and reputable organizations in these fields.
I hold a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University, and an Associate of Arts in Fashion Design and Product Development from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. I am also a Certified Fund Raising Executive and a Doctor of Business Administration candidate in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership.
