My role is to ensure our customers are well served by our strong sales, service and support teams along with our channel partners. Our customers leverage Verint Community (formerly Telligent) to improve their online customer service, engage customers and prospective buyers in more meaningful ways. Outside of work I like to spend time with my family and friends, find ways to help those less fortunate, and volunteer my time and resources to support programs like the Wounded Warrior Project and LPW Warriors to give back to our brave men and women in uniform.
