🚀 WHAT I DO
All outer change begins with an inner shift first. As a consultant, I help my clients understand how this universal insight applies to the workplace. My work always begins with a Discovery process that helps leaders understand how hidden emotional dynamics have contributed to obstacles in strategy or operational systems.
Once these dynamics are brought to the surface, I show clients how to work with them in a highly practical way. This process embodies a new approach to creative leadership; it empowers clients with the skillset to overcome long-standing obstacles and lead their teams in a creative direction.
Often, I help guide this transformation process. I facilitate leadership meetings and provide 1:1 mentorship to executives. I help leaders evaluate existing operational systems—and guide them as they find new approaches to old problems.
My workshops are custom designed transformation experiences that help organizational teams integrate change both functionally and emotionally.
Through this combination of consulting, coaching and transformation, I help organizations transform. Not by implementing an existing model, but by allowing them to transcend the old structures to create something new.
🚀 HOW I DO IT
My work is based on an extremely diverse set of influences, ranging from traditional business education to narrative coaching. On one level, I could say that I'm self-taught; on another level, I can say that I've been privileged to learn from an exceptional range of teachers in the realms of visionary creativity, storytelling and emotional intelligence.
