I'm a Senior Director of Product Management at Bigcommerce who defines the global strategy for core elements of our eCommerce platform & equips and enables product managers and the broader organization to realize the strategy.
I have a strong Strategy & User Experience (UX) background (platform agnostic - mobile, tablet, desktop), and am heavily invested in planning for and delivering value for our customers in the quickest way possible and in a technically strategically sound manner.
I complement my start-up experience with my consulting and agency experience at Deloitte Digital, where I directly consulted with ASX Top 100 companies as a Digital Strategist and UX Architect. I am able to see and leverage the best of these disciplines, i.e. STARTUPS (North-star vision, Iterative value delivery, road-map prioritization & planning, instrumentation, SaaS business metrics) CONSULTING (frameworks, structured problem solving) and AGENCY (creative briefs, interaction design and design thinking).
