Creating Customer Experiences is my passion and it includes all facets around this topic like social media, mobile, phone, mail, chat, web, POS, branches, whatever. The entire customer journey and more importantly customer experiences are what I'm focusing on.
I previously sold my own company to the company I'm working with right now - and I enjoy being part of such a great Organization. Managing people, projects and environments are what I love to do. Having a chance to manage incubator- and startup-style projects such as the enterprise software marketplace https://appfoundry.genesys.com within the company is my daily business. Building great relationships between my business Partner, our organization and customers is what I love and what I'm passionate about.
