Hey you! My name is Kaleb (and yes, Batman is my real last name and has been my family's surname long before the popular DC Comics representation 😉 ). Im an experienced Sales Development leader and am currently scaling the outbound sales motion here at Customer.io as the company grows and evolves in a multi-solution platform for seamless customer engagement across all digital channels.

With the rapid pace of AI development and productization in staggeringly short periods of time, I have made it my mission to up-level and evolve my team by inserting Chat-GPT into our daily workflows to improve rep efficiency, and have been exploring different plugins and API connections to identify areas where AI chat and and prompts can be inserted into the copy-focused parts of our tech stack.

Currently working on how best to prepare my reps, org, and Customer.io at large to become "AI whisperers" and "Prompt Experts" in their own right.
