With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, I am a sales enablement expert and a global senior director at Getty Images, a leading provider of visual content and media solutions. I lead a team of six professionals who are responsible for designing and delivering sales leadership and skills training programs, sales strategy and best practices, and sales assets and systems for the global sales organization.
My mission is to empower and enable the sales force to achieve their revenue and customer satisfaction goals, by providing them with the tools, resources, and coaching they need to excel in their roles. I am passionate about driving behavioural change, upskilling, and competence development among the sales staff, and I have successfully implemented competence assessments, change management initiatives, and efficiency optimization projects that have resulted in improved performance and ROI. I am also committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, and I serve as a committee secretary and a speaker for two not-for-profit organizations that support and empower black women in tech.
