Every step in my career has been a strategic step in furthering my journey to becoming a respected and effective sales leader.

Starting my career as a sales rep and progressing through roles as a sales enablement leader and eventually a sales director I offer a comprehensive skill set of valuable experience that makes me more effective and knowledgeable in my leadership roles. I come to the table with:

Deep Understanding of Sales Process: I have personally held almost every role in a sales organization. I have comprehensively trained every role from SDR to Sales Leader.

Empathy and Relatability: Having held so many responsibilities in revenue orgs., I can empathize with the challenges and pressures faced by my team members. This empathy fosters a positive working environment, boosts team morale, and enhances communication between leadership and the sales team.
